Takeda

Building a corporate website and countrysites on a multisite platform for Nycomed. Rebranding all of the sites, after Nycomed in 2011 became a part of the Japanese owned company, Takeda.

In 2010 Addition helped Nycomed, now Takeda, to launch the corporate website www.nycomed.com and a range of countrysites on a Sitecore based multisite platform.

Corporate website solution – with country sites

The websites were developed in Sitecore CMS, and is based upon our multisite platform.

The multisite platform made it possible in a controlled manner to launch - in 2011 - 40 different country sites on several different languages.

Nycomed becomes Takeda

In September of 2011, the Japanese pharmaceutical corporation Takeda, acquired Nycomed. Therefore, rebranding of all the Nycomed sites was necessary.

Product sites

The next step consisted of migrating a range of product sites onto the multisite platform.

Furthermore Addition developed a conversion "robot", to ensure a cost effective migration of data from Microsoft CMS to Sitecore CMS.
